About Sam Craven - Owner & Lead Recruiter

Sam is a graduate of Ohio Northern University, where he studied Communications and Public Relations.

After his time at ONU, Sam held various roles, from individual contributor to leadership positions, in corporate settings, startups, and Forbes Top Ranked agencies. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with top executive recruiting teams, trainers, and thought leaders within the staffing and recruiting industry.

These diverse experiences, coupled with his passion for connecting people with high-growth, mission-driven organizations and his keen insights into potential industry improvements, inspired Sam to create Inspire Talent.

Sam is deeply aligned with the core mission of Inspire Talent, which is rooted in the belief that inspiration is the catalyst for achieving anything worthwhile, both individually and collectively. He firmly believes it is our duty to help others find inspiration in their lives when it is lacking.

Sam’s decision to focus on serving Sales and Operations Professionals comes from his inherent interest and understanding of their unique day-to-day work, which is fundamentally centered around people.

He feels immense gratitude for the opportunities he has had and the relationships he has built throughout his journey. To give back, Sam mentors several early-career professionals each year, helping them navigate their entry into the workforce.
