Position Title: Account Executive

Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 Base + Commission

What Success Looks Like

This isn't your typical sales role. You'll be:

  • Managing a $1.2M quota across a strategic territory

  • Closing $250-300K average deals with enterprise companies (1000+ employees)

  • Working closely with premier partners like Databricks and Snowflake

  • Building your pipeline through a mix of partner-driven opportunities (30%) and direct prospecting

What We're Looking For

You're probably a great fit if:

  • You have 10+  years of enterprise sales experience

  • You've sold infrastructure or data platform solutions (bonus if you know Confluent, Segment, etc)

  • You understand the technical sale but can also speak to business value

  • You have experience with 6-figure deals and complex sales cycles

  • You're comfortable building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Worked in a growing org
