Position Title: Account Executive

Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 Base + Commission

What Success Looks Like
This isn't your typical sales role. You'll be:
Managing a $1.2M quota across a strategic territory
Closing $250-300K average deals with enterprise companies (1000+ employees)
Working closely with premier partners like Databricks and Snowflake
Building your pipeline through a mix of partner-driven opportunities (30%) and direct prospecting

What We're Looking For
You're probably a great fit if:
You have 10+ years of enterprise sales experience
You've sold infrastructure or data platform solutions (bonus if you know Confluent, Segment, etc)
You understand the technical sale but can also speak to business value
You have experience with 6-figure deals and complex sales cycles
You're comfortable building relationships with both technical and business stakeholders
Worked in a growing org
