About the Role
An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing organization as a Multi-Site Controller, leading financial operations across three locations. This position plays a critical role in financial management, ensuring compliance, driving profitability, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee financial management, reporting, and controls to safeguard company assets.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and accounting requirements.
Provide financial insights and analysis to drive profitability and market growth.
Develop and manage financial reports, including forecasts, variance analyses, and key performance indicators.
Support business unit leadership in setting financial goals and aligning with strategic initiatives.
Conduct process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.
Collaborate with leadership on capital investment evaluations and financial strategy.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to support business objectives.
Key Performance Indicators
Timely and accurate financial reporting
SOX compliance
Financial variance analysis
Working capital and cash flow optimization
Identification of market expansion opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of standard costing systems, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and working knowledge of Oracle
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Business Administration
Experience in the aerospace industry
Familiarity with SOX compliance and related accounting processes
Compensation & Benefits
Annual base salary range: $175,000 - $190,000
Eligible for up to 35% performance-based executive bonus
