About the Role

An exciting opportunity to join a high-performing organization as a Multi-Site Controller, leading financial operations across three locations. This position plays a critical role in financial management, ensuring compliance, driving profitability, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial management, reporting, and controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, corporate, and accounting requirements.

  • Provide financial insights and analysis to drive profitability and market growth.

  • Develop and manage financial reports, including forecasts, variance analyses, and key performance indicators.

  • Support business unit leadership in setting financial goals and aligning with strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.

  • Collaborate with leadership on capital investment evaluations and financial strategy.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to support business objectives.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely and accurate financial reporting

  • SOX compliance

  • Financial variance analysis

  • Working capital and cash flow optimization

  • Identification of market expansion opportunities

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of standard costing systems, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and working knowledge of Oracle

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration

  • Experience in the aerospace industry

  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and related accounting processes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $175,000 - $190,000

  • Eligible for up to 35% performance-based executive bonus
